Re: Pole Petition for Joint National Grid/Verizon New Pole Location No. 28701070
National Grid is proposing to install one new pole (# 1 B) and move one pole (# 1) on
Hebert Avenue near 227 South Street, as identified on a pole petition as referenced above.
There are no conflicts with City utilities or public shade trees related to the work as described in
this petition.
A valid trench permit approved by the Department of Public Works must be in place before work
commences.
