Upon recommendation of the Mayor
20.061 An Order to Rescind Borrowing Authority - 2 Votes
Ordered, that
the City Council rescind the following orders because such borrowing authority is no
longer necessary:
Order 19.081: $650,000 of borrowing authority authorized under the loan order approved
on June 20, 2019 to acquire land formerly known as the Pine Grove Golf Course as the
borrowing authority is no longer needed.
Order 18.159: $625,000 of borrowing authority authorized under the loan order approved
on September 20, 2018 for improvements at the Florence Recreation Fields as the borrowing
authority is no longer needed.
