My understanding is that Councilor Jarrett may not participate in Step 1, 2, 4 or 5 and may only
participate in the vote to approve the FY2021 GF budget with the $38,000 line item removed (Step 3). So
all other votes will reflect that there was one abstention.
Step 1. Motion to put the FY2021 GF budget on the floor for
discussion. (not order 20.053 but the GF budget itself totalling
$95,444,320.)
Step 2. Motion to divide the question to separately consider the
$38,000 line item in the Central Services budget for Pedal People
contract.
Step 3. Vote to approve FY2021 GF budget with $38,000 line item
removed.
Step 4. Deliberation and vote on $38,000.
