21.329 An Order Authorizing Gift Acceptance and Expenditure on AOM Restroom Expansion and
Renovation
Ordered that
The Northampton City Council accepts the donation of $39,150.31 from the Northampton
Academy of Music, Inc., and in accordance with Massachusetts General Law Chapter 44,
Section 53A approves using the gifted funds for the expansion and renovation of the Academy of
Music restroom facilities project (19303 586405).
