Upon recommendation of the Mayor
21.309 An Order to Authorize Spending $2,577.62 from Equipment Firefighting Donation Account on UTV and Trailer
Ordered, that
the Northampton City Council in accordance with Massachusetts General Law Chapter 44, Section 53 A (Grants and gifts; acceptance and expenditure) authorizes the expenditure of $2,577.62
from the Equipment Firefighting Donation account (2529) to be used together with the original appropriation of $26,500 to replace the 1998 Quad with a UTV (19303 586508) and purchase
a trailer.
