21.300 An Order to Accept Gift and Use Donation for AOM Restroom Facilities
Ordered that
The Northampton City Council accepts the donation of $207,347 from the Academy of Music,
and in accordance with Massachusetts General Law Chapter 44, Section 53A approves using the
gifted funds for the expansion and renovation of the Academy of Music restroom facilities
project (19303 586405).
