Pursuant to the FY2022-FY2026 Capital Improvement Program, $424,000 be appropriated from the Receipts Reserved for Appropriation - Sale of Land Account (proceeds from the sale of the
Prospect Street Water Department Building) for the replacement of water lines throughout the city.
