Upon recommendation of the Mayor
20.138 An Order to Rescind and Replace FY2021 Sewer Enterprise Fund Budget
Ordered, that
The budget voted for the Sewer Enterprise Fund on June 18, 2020 be rescinded and
replaced with the following:
the sum of $6,177,500 which is the full amount necessary for the Fiscal Year 2021
Sewer Enterprise Fund Budget (July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021), be appropriated for the purposes
stated and to meet said appropriation, $4,534,674 is to be raised from sewer receipts, $1,042,826
shall be allocated to indirect costs and $600,000 shall be transferred from the Sewer Enterprise
Stabilization Fund.
