Upon recommendation of the Mayor
20.137 An Order to Rescind and Replace FY2021 Water Enterprise Fund Budget
Ordered, that
The budget voted for the Water Enterprise Fund on June 18, 2020 be rescinded and
replaced with the following:
the sum of $6,945,000 which is the full amount necessary for the Fiscal Year 2021
Water Enterprise Fund Budget (July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021), be appropriated for the purposes
stated and to meet said appropriation, $5,767,732 is to be raised from water receipts, $577,268
shall be allocated to indirect costs and $600,000 shall be transferred from the Water Stabilization
Fund.
