Dautreuil II 64 Hadley St. South Hadley, MA 01064 Cell: 512-709-2976 Email: rfwe2003@yahoo.com Summary Greetings, I have over five years of retail experience, as well as over ten years of culinary experience and have held management positions in both. In Austin I lead high school History and U.S. Government classes, earning a Secondary Teaching Certificate in the state of Texas. After moving to Cape Cod in 2014 I began working as a residential real estate appraiser trainee in the state of Massachusetts. My wife and I made western Massachusetts our home after I was offered the position of Deputy Assessor for the City of Northampton in October of 2016. I am a dedicated, positive employee with a strong work ethic. I enjoy working with a team but also have the skills to work independently. I am adept at working in high volume, fast paced environments as well as providing excellent customer service. Highlights • Communication- Whether it’s a superior, co-worker or a customer, I can communicate effectively and professionally with all. I am a friendly, respectful worker that has the ability to show empathy with others, even if I may disagree with their views. I welcome constructive criticism and encourage any feedback that would aid in helping achieve higher success at any given task. • Customer Service-When interacting with a customer, I have the ability to meet their needs attentively and respectfully. I also have the self-control to deal effectively with even the most negative of customers. Being assertive, but not aggressive and a positive, responsible employee are things I take pride in. • Efficiency- Getting work done quickly and with impeccable standards is very important. My background in a high volume kitchen, upper level college work, teaching high school and developing appraisal reports has given me the tools to perform just so. • Organization- I have great time management and prioritization skills that allow me to meet goals and deadlines. • Technical- I am experienced in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), as well as appraisal software such as Appraisers Choice for Software Solutions and Phoenix Mobile Works. Proficient with Email and have working knowledge of photocopiers and Smart Boards. • Management/Leadership- I have management experience in both the culinary and retail fields. In addition, I have successfully lead classrooms in both an inner city school district and a low income-rural school. Since February of 2020 I have Marc E. Accomplishments In December 2013 I graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor’s degree in History. I took part in the program as a 10th grade World History teacher and 12th grade U.S. Government teacher, earning my Teaching Certificate for Secondary Education in the field of Social Studies. This was a full time internship that demanded 50-70 hours of work per week. The experience afforded me greater knowledge of analytical thinking skills, team leadership, administrative duties, prioritization, clerical work and public speaking. In June of 2015 I earned my Real Estate Appraiser Trainee License from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure. August 2019 gained my Massachusetts Accredited Assessor designation from the Massachusetts Association of Assessing Officers.
