20.070 An Order to Appropriate $220,000 from Capital Stabilization for Forbes Library Drainage System Replacement
Ordered, that
Pursuant to the FY2021-FY2025 Capital Improvement Program, that City Council appropriates $220,000 from the Capital Stabilization Fund to replace the drainage system that
serves the Forbes Library building and parking lot to stabilize the slope at the rear of the library and stop erosion adjacent to the Manhan Rail Trail.
