Resolved, that
The City Council hereby adopts the Capital Improvement Program for FY2021-FY2025
submitted by the Mayor on May 29, 2020, in accordance with the Charter of Northampton,
Massachusetts, Article 7 Finance and Fiscal Procedures, Section 7-5: Capital Improvement
Program.
