18.094 An Order
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A VENDOR CONTRACT FOR UP TO FIVE YEARS
Ordered, that
WHEREAS, Whereas Northampton will seek to replace optical voting equipment during 2018;
WHEREAS, It is in the City’s interest to be able to sign a three year contract, including a maintenance agreement that extends an addition two years;
WHEREAS, City Council approval is required for contracts over three years;
Ordered, that
The Mayor is authorized to sign a vendor contract for up to five years on such terms as the Mayor determines are agreeable.
