Upon recommendation of the Mayor
O-18.086 AN ORDER
TO APPROPRIATE FREE CASH $50,000 TO STRUCTURAL REPAIRS AT MEMORIAL HALL
Whereas, structural settling and deterioration of the floor framing on the ground level of Memorial Hall has been discovered;
Whereas, engineering and repairs are needed which will include shoring up of the existing floor system, replacement of framing materials, replacement of flooring and repair of masonry
work, all of which are necessary to restore the structural integrity of the floor;
Ordered, that
$ 50,000 be appropriated from the FY18 General Fund Undesignated Fund Balance (Free Cash) to fund these necessary repairs.
