18.021 Order for King Street Acceptance
Ordered, that
WHEREAS, On September 5, 2013, City Council approved an order authorizing the Mayor to accept easements and fee-simple title to strips of land along King Street to accommodate current
and future pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure;
WHEREAS, The City has since accepted title for such infrastructure at:
347 and 361 King Street, the current Cosenzi Automotive (Land at Book 11577, Page 205, 1/31/2014)
325 King Street, the current Northampton Crossing (Easement at Book 11577, Page 208, 1/31/2014)
WHEREAS, A Street Acceptance Petition for the above parcels of land has been filed with the City and submitted to City Council.
Ordered, that
The above referenced easements and land, as shown on plan entitled, “King Street Layout Alteration, 347 & 361 King Street (C-1) and 325 King Street (C-2), prepared by the Department
of Public Works Engineering Division dated 2/28/2018,” are accepted as part of the King Street right-of-way.
