Hello,
We are just reaching out to confirm some information as we have new staff helping with our permitting—we had it
previously noted that to close permits out the homeowner needs to request an inspection. For these Mass Save
Weatherization permits is this still required, or would you like us to provide an Insulation Affidavit in lieu of this? Please
advise, thank you!
