Sarah,
After reviewing the relevant documents, it is my determination that the above Order of Conditions under
MA DEP file 246-500 has been satisfied. The foot-for-foot compensatory storage shown in the Site
Volume Table on the original plan set by Associated Builders dated 11/20/2001, page LS, has been met or
exceeded. Some noteworthy discrepancies from the plan and Order of Conditions to the existing location
include:
Attachment B No. 19 It is unclear if the plans were made available on site during construction.
Attachment B No. 22 there is no backflow preventer on the upstream side of the extended detention basin
outflow drain manhole
Attachment B No. 26 It is unclear if a wetland scientist was on site during construction.
Attachment B No. 27 It is unclear if the machine work to install the outlet of the detention basin was done
from the top of the bank.
_Attachment B No. 30 It is unclear if the invasive plants were removed along the river bank.
Attachment B No. 31 & 32 Vegetation unlike any in the original plan thrive in the resource area. It is
unclear if the Conservation Commission has received any reports on the re-vegatation activities or
changes to the wetiand restoration plan.
Attachment B No. 38 It is unclear if the Conservation Commission has received any inspection or
maintenance reports regarding the elevations of the F orebay and Detention Basin. These elevations in the
current As-built are the same as when grading of those areas originally was installed.
