Being a registered professional Engineer, I hereby certify that I have directly prepared all
design plans, computations, and specifications concerning CIVIL ENGINEERING for the
above project and that, to the best of my knowledge, such plans, computations, and
specifications meet the applicable provisions of the Massachusetts State Building Code, all
acceptable engineering practices, and applicable laws and ordinances for the proposed use
and occupancy.
Based on my site observation and to the best of my knowledge, information, and belief, the
portion of the work indicated above has been completed in compliance with the applicable
provisions of the Massachusetts State Building Code per section 116.2.1 and the contract
documents prepared by our office for the Architect.
