Hi Mr. Carmien,
The files for these 2 parcels have now been all scanned and are available to you by going on the City of Northampton
website building page and clicking the permit status search button on the blue strip on the left. This will bring you to the
archives. Click on the map#for your property, and then click on the parcel id to access the files.
