Description of proposed work:
The external project scope will include: Upgrades or replacements of the roof, windows, doors and all
metal flashings. The visible materials used will match existing. They include slate and copper, aluminum
clad wood thermal pane windows, wood panel doors and trim to match existing material, dimensions and
profiles. The building will be made accessible by a new door at grade on the West Side and an internal
chair lift. A recessed area on the East Side between the original house and an addition will be filled in to
accommodate the space needs for accessibility and egress upgrades.
