Rather than reply to my previous email, would you reply to this email with your response to the following questions? I will
add it to the application package. Thank you.
1. Would you provide the measurements for the building facade for 211 Main St (Nice Tea), not including the awning
measurements? We need the width and the height of the facade. Rather than a drawing, you can reply with the
measurements in writing.
2. Will the awning sign be lit?
3. Will you have side awning signs on both sides?

Measurement’s for the building’s facade 181” Height X 245” Width
The footprint for our awning is 44” Height X 228” Width
The ends (2) of our awning will have the same material covering the ends of the awning
like an endcap, so to speak
There will be no lighting nor any electric running in our or near signage area
