The existing structure is a warehouse / work studio.
Planned Use
The proposed project will be a two (2) phase renovation of the existing site.
Phase 1 work will be the construction of a new garage / work space will be created in the back corner of
the lot. This work will be done under a separate permit from the main structure and its Zoning Permit
Application has been reviewed and approved (see attached document).
Phase 2 of the project will be to convert the existing warehouse / storage facility into a single-family,
owner occupied residence. The existing first floor will be gutted and re-constructed with kitchen, dining,
living, bedroom and bathroom spaces. A new addition will be constructed on the roof / 2nd floor for the
master bedroom suite and attached roof deck spaces. A new, enclosed deck and lawn space will be built
in the front.
