This will create a safety hazard, as children ride their bicycles to/from and aer school on that street, and sight lines would be reduced/eliminated by any cars on the street. I know this, as I ride or walk in front of this parcel every day with children. In summary, the City should not grant the right to build a two-family home on this small parcel.
