Dear Frank:
The Zoning Board of Appeals Public Hearing on the appeal filed by
Patrick Melnik et. al. relative to a lack of enforcement action by
the Building Inspector on a complaint about problems at 100 KING
STREET was continued until January 29, 1992 at 7 : 00 p.m. in Council
Chambers.
The Melnik appeal will be scheduled first on the agenda for that
meeting. Since you have had some involvement in this case, we
would appreciate having your input and request that you plan to
attend the first part of the January 29, 1992 Zoning Board of
Appeals meeting.
Sincer ,
Robert C. Buscher
