We have received, read, understood and shall comply with the Determination of Applicability and the attached conditions regarding work in the wetland buffer zone. Volunteers have installed straw wattle and silt fence to the south of the tree removal area as outlined on the plans below. We also have installed silt fence along the limit of work area for grading. After the southern most trees are removed the lower erosion control will be removed if the area is fully stabilized. The site contractor will install an erosion control barrier along the primary limit of work boundary. Installing erosion control will be the first item completed by our site contractor. We would like to schedule our pre-construction meeting on site as soon as possible. Tree clearing should be completed this week and our site contractor is available to begin work next week.
