Observations:
1. Most of the drywall is completed and 2/3 appears to be finish coated.
2. Wall insulation and ceiling insulation are completed.
3. Drywall taping is in progress in the back rooms.
4. Finish wiring is following closely behind drywall.
5. The RTU curb is installed on top of the opening which has been boxed out using double 2X8's both
ways on joist hangers.
6. Half of the break room has been converted into 2 more tattoo stations, reportedly approved by the
inspectors.

Conformance w/ Schedule
Workers Present: 1 Carpenter, 2 electricians, 4 plumbers left at noon.
Observations:
1. When the plumber fan the vent stack through the roof it was discovered that there was no insulation
in the roof. So the contractor is now insulating the roof with R-30 batts and vapor barrier.
2. All the new interior concrete is poured and covered with curing paper. Aprons are also poured at
the doors
3. Most of the new copper is now in place. The toilet room to remain will have its fixtures replaced as
well as the few pieces of non -conforming piping.
4. Rough wiring is nearly complete and a rough inspection will be called for early next week.
5. Framing is ready for an inspection.

Conformance w/ Schedule
Observations:
1. Most of the demolition has been completed.
2. The under slab rough plumbing has also been done and is ready for inspection.
3. A fair amount of the slab was also uneven and some of it very thin. A number of boulders were
removed as was additional slab.
4. Metal stud partitions for the message rooms have been installed as well as wood blocking to secure
the door bucks.
5. The side exterior door has been installed.
6. The pavement has been sawcut for concrete aprons at the exterior doors.
