Staff recommendation was awarding $15,000 to $20,000 each to a fewer number of organizations. 9 Microenterprise Assistance CDBG regulations prioritize assisting microenterprises over larger businesses. An Microenterprise is a commercial enterprise that has 5 or fewer employees, one or more of whom owns the enterprise. Eligibility: either the owner or more than half of the employees must be LMI.
