39-039 (6) BOARD OF AP:EALS CITY OF NORTHAMPTON Decision on Petition of William Amo, for property located on the Mt. Tom Road, It is the unananimous decision of this Board that the permit applied for in the above named petition be granted on the following facts. The Board finds it a fact that according to the General Laws, Chapter 4O, The Board of Appeals has the authority to grant this permit "owing to such condition especially affecting such parcel but not effecting generally the Zoning district in which it is located a literal enforcement of the provi— sions of the by—law or ordinances would involve substantial hardship to the appelant." The Board also finds it a fact that the Petitioner must be restricted to certain conditions in the granting of this permit. A suitable fence must be built around this area to hide any or all unsightly objects. Also there must be no burning of cars or other junk that would be obnoxious or harmful to the neighbors in the area. WHEREFORE: It is ordered, adjugid and decreed that the permit applied for be granted on condition that the petitioner complies with all rules and regulations of the City Ordinances of the City of Northampton. Note: This is not a bldg. permit. A permit must be obtained from Bernard J. Vau ,Acting Cha'rman the Insp. of Bldgs. Mil n I. Ta/shus, Member n F. Murphy, Jr. oc.
