Dear Mr. Patillo,
I am returning our previously submitted Zoning application for the Baptist
Church renovation at 298 Main Street in Northampton. I talked to Peg Keller and she told
me that a Central Business Architecture review was not required for this addition to the
project. She said she would send you paperwork describing the exemption we are
allowed. I hope that the Zoning Application can be reissued as approved. Thanks for

Dear Mr. Patillo,
Attached is a revised Zoning application for the Baptist Church renovation at 298
Main Street in Northampton. Also attached are 4 exterior elevations and 1 second floor
plan for the proposed work.
churcThis application was originally submitted for a small rear addition planned for the
h building. The application was denied when first submitted because the height of
the addition was less than the required minimum standard.
This revised Zoning application shows a change in height which will bring the
building addition into conformity with the Zoning regulations. These changes are shown
on di}awings A-4.2 and A-4.3
