Hi Alexis,
Certificates of occupancy are issued at the time the structure is built. 342 Pleasant St., according to the Assessor, was
built around 1900, predating anything we would have here. 332 Pleasant St was built in 2007, and at that time,the
finalized building card served as the Certificate of occupancy. I've attached a copy of the card, and you will note the
signature of one of the previous building inspectors next to Certificate of Occupancy at the bottom left. I did not find
any open Building Dept.violations/complaints in our current electronic files.
The links to the Building public records files for these 2 parcels are below. This gives you access to all the public
records for the Building Dept. on those parcels.

I did a search of the Building Dept. electronic records on the two parcels listed -the reports are attached. The

permits that are closed are marked as signed off. If they are listed as approved, they are still open.
Please contact the Fire Dept. or Health Dept. for their records on the parcels if you need them, as we do not have
those.
