Executive Session under MGL C 30A §21(6) to 'Consider the Purchase, Exchange, Lease or Value of Real Property' for interests in conservation lands.
By roll call vote, the Commission entered into Executive Session at 6:30 p.m.
Sarah provided an overview of the former Moose Lodge property at the end of Cooke Avenue. The existing building cannot be used, and the parking lot would be helpful for increased access
to Fitzgerald Lake. Final numbers are not know, but the cost will be the same if the Commission acquires both the building and lot, or just a portion of the lot; the present owner
will need to cover demolition costs, or the price will be lowered to allow the City to demolish.
