Description of the Proposed Project [24 CFR 50.12 & 58.32; 40 CFR 1508.25]:
The City will use CBDG funds to pay for the soft cost of appraisals for a state funded sidewalk improvements
in a low- and moderate-income area neighborhood. The City will pay for the soft costs associated with the
appraisals of land. The City will use CBDG funds to pay for the acquisitions (maybe temporary) for a state
funded sidewalk improvements in a low- and moderate-income area neighborhood.
