31D-143 RECORDS REQUEST Re: Fwd: Online Form Submittal: Public Records Request Subject: Re: Fwd: Online Form Submittal: Public Records Request From: Beth Willard <bwillard@northamptonma.gov> Date: 3/25/2022, 9:56 AM To: meetme@iconicasocialclub.com CC: Kim Carson <kcarson@northamptonma.gov> Hi Mr. Swyers, Our records unfortunately don't go back very far on this address, as there was flooding damage to the records room a few decades ago. There is considerable information on renovations done in the past few decades, and a few records going back as far as 1979. There is 1 set of plans from 1988 that unfortunately is too big to digitize in our machines, but you are welcome to stop by to look. We are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 - 3:30. Just let me know if& when you would like to see them & I will set them aside on the counter. The amount of material in the file for 1 Amber Lane (31D-143) is too much to transmit by email. You may access it through the city website on the building page: https://northamptonma.gov/702/Building On the left side is a blue strip - click on Permit Status Search, then Map 31D. then Parcel 31D-143. That will give you access to everything in the Building files for that parcel, except for large format items & copyrighted plans. If that doesn't work for you, let me know, as we can also download the file to a flash drive that you provide.
