• GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS- AND REGULATIONS
1. A "Driveway Permit" is needed in all cases where a new curb
cut, or an alteration to an existing curb cut, is proposed
on a city public way.
2. Said "Driveway Permit" issued by the Board of Pubic Works
(B.P.W.) , shall be attached to and become part of the "Build-
ing Permit" issued by the Building Inspector. •
3. Prior to the issuance of a "Bn(1 r'jzg Perit" the owner of any
lot to be serviced by a new driveway shall apply to the B.P.W.
for a "Driveway Permit" by completing the pertinent portions
of said permit (attached). Once the location of said driveway
is approved by the B:P.W.a building permit may be issued.
4. The Building Inspector shall issue no "Occupancy Pert" unless
the driveway to said lot has been approved by the B.P.W.

Fifteen (15) foot maximum width at the street line. Gutter
Gutter drainage not to be
disturbed. All drainage shall be directed off the driveway surface to
adjacent land and not on the existing roadway. Driveway surface to be
paved if the grade of the proposed driveway exceeds 3% or more.
Final top portion of driveway should be blacktopped.
