Hi Sandy,
The last building permit I found listed for this address & parcel (39A-023-001) is for a sign in May
2020.
You can access information on different parcels through the city website on the Building Dept. page
(https://northamptonma.gov/702/Building). Just click on Permit Status search, and enter the map &
block for the property you wish to check. We scan in building & zoning applications & permits as they
are approved, so the information is readily available to the public.
