Dear Mr. Clarks
we have received a complaint that the tenants of your
property located at 1 Winslow Avenue have a junk car
and junk car parts stored at that location.
City of Northampton Zoning Ordinance adopted July 22, 1975,
amended April 28, 1978, and December 6, 1979, Article VIII.
page 8.8, paragraph 17b, prohibits junk vehicles and junk
parts in a residential district for a period of more than
30 days.
Please advise this office When the violation has been
rectified.
