Zoning Board of Appeals Zoning Administrator was: Barry Smith The Findings of the Board Administrator under Section 9.3 for an expansion of a pre-existing non-conforming side yard setback were as follows: 1. The Administrator found that the expansion would not be substantially more detrimental to the neighborhood than the existing nonconforming structure and would not extend any closer to any front, side, or rear property boundary than the current zoning allows and that the existing structure already extends. The current non-conforming structure sits 3' from the side property boundary and the addition will be located 7' from the property boundary. The Administrator further found that the addition would be located in the rear of the property and that adequate screening existed on the property in the vicinity of the expansion. 2.
