Comments: Redideent of 35 Hinkley St have had a problem with common sewer line that they share with 39 Hinckley.Last December 35 hinckley line hacked up and they were
unable to clear it.DPW was called and the TV line and could not view past property border line.The proble appears to be on 39 hinckley.The detached garage appears
to have a apaprtment above it.A new meter service was installed in 2002.The garage was rebuilt in 1994 after snow collapased building.The application at that time
