Deadline windows with wood interior with white aluminum clad exterior
to match existing color. Grille patters will match existing or will
be added where appropriate to the home for consistency. Grilles
to be permanently bonded to the glass both interior and exterior
using 3M insulation foam tape in order to meet code for u-value
parameters.
Any person aggrieved by a determination of the Commission may, within 20 days after the filing of the notice of such
determination with the City Clerk, file a written request with the Commission for a de novo review by a person or persons of
competence and experience in such matters, designated by the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission.
