would permit a general release of the first right of refusal to be issued from Hospital Hill Development for all

Good afternoon Mr. Sullivan,
I am the project manager with MassDevelopment/ Hospital Hill Development LLC for Village Hill in Northampton. I
received a copy of your email to NAI Plotkin concerning the Release of Right of First Refusal for Unit 4 at 88 Village Hill
Road.
After consulting with our attorney, we have determined that the following is needed in order to provide the RRFR:
The completion certificates were provided by the architects and the engineers for the entire project, but we need a
certificate of occupancy for Unit 4. If we can receive certificates of occupancy for Unit 1-B, Unit 3 and Unit 4, we can
provide releases for the entire project.
Please let me know if you need additional information.

Attached please find the building permit file for the renovation of 88 Village Hill Rd. I
could not find specific Certificates of Occupancy for Units 1-B, 3, & 4, but there are 2
general C of C's for 88 Village Hill Rd. that are included in this file. Hope that will
do.
