On behalf of our client, Mr. Jeff Mackler & Ms. Melany Mendoza "Applicants", we hereby submit the
following materials to illustrate the proposed creation of an ANR Lot B and remaining land Flag Lot A on
family owned land of"Owner" Frederick S.&Susan Mackler. Lot B"Applicant" is proposed to be accessed
via a shared driveway over a portion of Lot A "Owner." Access to Lot B via a shared driveway was
recommended by the Assistant Director of Planning Ms. Misch in lieu of trying to access over the South
frontage portion of the existing lot which would involve disturbance of the Buffer and Riverfront Resource
Areas.
