To Whom It May Concern:
I am submitting this building permit without blueprints with the hope
of securing some lead time. This building permit is for the extension of
the existing dining room at Rockridge Rest Home, 25 Coles Meadow Road.
The new extension is a Habitat All-Season Room, installed on a 4'
frost wall with poured concrete floor. This project will also include a
new patio area, adjacent to the new proposed dining room extension.
I believe this is a "non-conforming" building, and I am in hopes
that somehow we will not have to wait two months for a permit.
At your convenience, I would like to meet with you and discuss
your requirements.
