Looking to erect an 8-9' tall fence or something similar to block various lights from neighbor's house.
Fence would be 30 feet from the curb, perpendicular to the street. Lights more visible because my house is raised up.
It would be on my side of a 4' tall chain link fence which ostensibly is on the property line separating
me from residential neighbor. Not sure if I would remove arborvitae, fence above them, or either side of them.
