I would like to add my support to those people considering saving the historic St. John Cantius Church building.
The building seems ideally located for an art center with studios, perhaps with museum (history and contributions of Polish settlers?)
and performing arts area. Easthampton has followed this approach to some of their buildings. This is a beautiful old church which
could continue to contribute to the Northampton community.
