Carolyn, apologies on the late delivery, but attached is the report from VHB concerning the potential eligibility of the site for historic tax
credits. I will add the memo at the end of the presentation, following the pages concerning current rental rates. I would only point out
that not a single project developed by David Carver has received federal historic tax credits, and to the extent Church properties have
been converted using tax credits, since the 1990s, only four properties in Massachusetts have received Part 2 approvals.
If there’s any trouble opening/viewing, please let me know.
