Belchertown invited AIA, WMAIA, and the New England
Municipal Sustainability Network for a design assessment
charrette.
The team identified opportunities to better tie Belchertown’s
four strong anchors together, in part by promoting walking and
bicycling opportunities, restoring the town common, and better
connecting the Belchertown State School redevelopment to
State Street.
