7.4 The Zoning Board Administrator determined that the request for a taller ground signs for the school (7’
instead of by-right 5’) met the criteria in 7.2
(1) The identification sign is the only sign for the school grounds and will be located where allowed by
right.
(2) The Board of Appeals determined that the nature use being made of the building warranted more
space for an information panel to be included, which resulted in the need for more vertical space.
