Collect feedback on the city's current farmers' markets from customers, managers, vendors, city officials, local business owners, and other relevant constituencies.
Conduct research on other cities' farmers' markets.
Create a set of recommendations to put before the city council in regard to what future directions the city's markets should take.
Discuss ways to implement item 1: Collect feedback
Delegate tasks for implementation of item 1
Discuss time-frame for completion of items 1, 2, & 3 above
Schedule future meetings, including public forums
