Chris,
We looked a the plans again.The addition is ok for zoning as long as it stays part of the main house and not a separated
space. We may ask for an affidavit after we see the building permit application.
As far as the building permit goes, the whole house (existing and addition)will need current code smoke and CO
detectors.We'll need a preliminary HERS rating or resCheck to show energy code compliance.We'll review the plans
carefully once we get the building permit application.
FYI; zoning requires a Planning Board permit for a Bed-and-Breakfast home.

This is in regard to a zoning permit application that Tony and Krista Kitchen submitted back in October/November for
an addition at 109 N. Maple St. Florence. We were finally able to get a full set of plans back from the designer. I
apologize for the delay. Please find attached to this email a pdf of the plans. Please let us know if you have any
questions. As soon as the application is approved, we plan on submitting a building permit.
I have included Tony, Krista and Carolyn in the recipients of this email.
