Dear Carolyn and Louis,
Please accept the following letter, attachment of plans and the zoning
permit application for our proposal to purchase and renovate the World
War 2 Club at 50 Conz St.
Our plan is to continue and grow the current usage of operating the
facility as a bar, function hall, hosting community events and producing
live entertainment. The current owners have had an entertainment
license for many years and we are not proposing any change of use.
We would like to utilize the current commercial kitchen to prepare and
serve food to patrons that attend the events and functions. Our goal for
the banquet room (see proposed floor plan and existing floor - demo
plan) is to add bathrooms and increase the capacity to the legal limit for
this type of usage. We will be making minor renovations to the front
bar and will not be asking for any capacity change in that room.
Please let us know if you have any questions or need clarification. We
are excited about the opportunity to expand our business and to work
with you to bring it to fruition.
